Grievance Management System
An online grievance channel for patients and staff, with routed workflow, assignment, escalation and a complete audit trail — replacing an informal paper and register process.
Techno Tri Pvt. Ltd. designs, builds, integrates and supports digital systems for public hospitals, government health programmes and the development partners who fund them — from day-to-day hospital operations to national registries and centralised authentication.
We are a small, hands-on engineering company. We write the code, run the integrations, deploy the servers and answer the phone when something breaks at 9pm. Most of our work is in the public health sector, where systems have to keep running on modest infrastructure, in Nepali and English, for users with very different levels of digital confidence.
From a single hospital module to national-scale registry and identity infrastructure.
Web applications and internal systems built to a specification, from first workshop to production deployment and handover.

Read moreCentralised authentication and single sign-on — one identity, one login, and auditable access across every connected system.
Read moreAuthoritative registries — health facilities, health workforce, organisational hierarchy — with unique identifiers, versioning and controlled update workflows.
Read moreMaking systems that were never designed to talk to each other exchange data reliably, in documented formats.
Read moreOperational dashboards and statutory reports built directly on live system data, for managers and for oversight bodies.
Read moreNepal's health information systems increasingly depend on shared foundations: one place for people to sign in, a trusted register of health workers, and a layer that lets systems exchange data. These are the problems we are built for.
Intermittent connectivity, shared workstations, Nepali and English side by side, Bikram Sambat dates, and staff who are not IT specialists. We treat all of that as a requirement, not an edge case.
Every entry below is work Techno Tri was actually contracted to deliver.
An online grievance channel for patients and staff, with routed workflow, assignment, escalation and a complete audit trail — replacing an informal paper and register process.
A daily reporting system for hospital staff, with supervisor review and approval, department-level monitoring and analytics on submission and workload.
Live medicine availability shown on public screens in the hospital, driven automatically from pharmacy data through an API and scheduler — no manual updating.
Digital systems work for Seti Provincial Hospital in Sudurpashchim Province.
Technical support to an INGO health programme on electronic medical record implementation and strengthening in Nepal.
Short cycles, working software early, and documentation written as we go rather than at the end.
We map how the work is done today — including the paper, the workarounds and the approval chain — before proposing what to change.
Screens, data model, roles and integration points agreed in writing, so the scope is explicit on both sides.
Short cycles with something usable at the end of each, reviewed by the people who will actually use it.
Deployment, user and administrator training, documentation, source code and schema handed to the client, then ongoing support.
Send us the requirement, the tender document, or just the problem. You will get a considered reply from an engineer.
