Techno Tri Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in Kathmandu in 2023 to build and support software for organisations that deliver public services — above all, health services.

Why we exist.

Nepal's public health institutions have no shortage of software. What they lack is software that fits how they actually work, and a partner who is still there a year later.

Too many systems are delivered against a specification, signed off, and then quietly abandoned — because the vendor moved on, the source code was never handed over, or the system was never really integrated with anything else.

Techno Tri was set up to work the other way round. We build systems that hospitals adopt because they remove real friction, we hand over everything we write, and we treat long-run support as a service we are paid for rather than a favour we resent.

How we operate

Working principles.

Open source by default We build on open components ù GOFR, OpenHIM, Shared Health Record, HAPI FHIR, Linux, PHP and MariaDB. A client can host, audit, extend or replace what we deliver without asking our permission.

Handover is part of the job Source code, database schema, deployment runbook and administrator documentation are transferred to the client. No hostage code.

We build for the setting Intermittent power and connectivity, shared workstations, Nepali and English interfaces, Bikram Sambat dates, and staff who are not IT specialists.

We are still there afterwards Support and maintenance are a paid service line with defined response expectations, not a favour that quietly stops.

Claims we can evidence We list work we were contracted to deliver and standards we actually design against. We do not pad a capability statement.

Small team, direct contact You talk to the people writing the code. There is no account layer between a problem and the engineer who can fix it.
