What we do

Engineering, not slideware.

We are a small, hands-on engineering company. We write the code, run the integrations, deploy the servers and answer the phone when something breaks at 9pm. Most of our work is in the public health sector, where systems have to keep running on modest infrastructure, in Nepali and English, for users with very different levels of digital confidence.

  • Built and running. our systems are in daily use in public hospitals in Nepal.
  • Open source by default. we work with GOFR, OpenHIM, Shared Health Record, HAPI FHIR, Linux, PHP and MariaDB, so nothing we deliver locks a client to us.
  • Handover is part of delivery. source code, schema, deployment notes and training belong to the client.
  • We stay after go-live. maintenance and support are a service line, not an afterthought.

National health systems

Registries, identity and interoperability.

Nepal's health information systems increasingly depend on shared foundations: one place for people to sign in, a trusted register of health workers, and a layer that lets systems exchange data. These are the problems we are built for.

  • Central Authentication. Single sign-on across every connected system, so a health worker signs in once and reaches everything they are entitled to use.
  • Interoperability & Data Exchange. An OpenHIM-based interoperability layer that mediates, routes, logs and secures traffic between systems, so integrations do not multiply into an unmaintainable web of point-to-point links.
  • Analytics & Oversight. Dashboards built around a decision someone has to make, not a wall of charts.
Built for the setting

Systems that keep working when the power and the network do not.

Intermittent connectivity, shared workstations, Nepali and English side by side, Bikram Sambat dates, and staff who are not IT specialists. We treat all of that as a requirement, not an edge case.

How we work

A delivery method that survives handover.

Short cycles, working software early, and documentation written as we go rather than at the end.

01

Discovery

We map how the work is done today — including the paper, the workarounds and the approval chain — before proposing what to change.

02

Design & agree

Screens, data model, roles and integration points agreed in writing, so the scope is explicit on both sides.

03

Build in cycles

Short cycles with something usable at the end of each, reviewed by the people who will actually use it.

04

Deploy & hand over

Deployment, user and administrator training, documentation, source code and schema handed to the client, then ongoing support.
